Some basic troubleshooting. Your post doesn’t have many details to go off of though.
Are the gifts not showing up, or are they giving you an error message when you try to claim them?
What are the gifts?
Are they for the correct game region and version? Have you double checked that? It’s easy to accidentally buy a Classic level boost or mount as opposed to the Retail for example.
