Game not responding at launch

Ever since the 10.2 patch yesterday I have had trouble with the game staying open. Yesterday right after patch it was opening and then randomly crashing. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, same issues. I did a complete factory reset on my pc and now the game won’t even start up. I just get a “World of Warcraft is not responding” white screen. Any advice on a fix for this? Thanks!

This will fix it for now:

  1. Launch the Battle.net software.
  2. Open the Game Settings options.
  3. Select the Additional command line arguments checkbox.
  4. Enter -d3d11 in text box.
