Am I the only one who thinks the game visuals is too bright and saturated? I mean, over the top? I’m not saying flashy stuff is bad, but sometimes I miss the classic “palette,” which is kinda “cozy.”
I think that’s the right term: I miss the visual “coziness” of the past.
I know some people might think or say, “Then go play Classic.” Again, I’m not saying the visual of retail is bad, I’m just saying it would be interesting if in the future, they toned down the saturation of colors and brightness, Just to help with the “gameplay comfort”.
Sometimes it strains the eyes after playing even for a bit.
That must be why I like Ashenvale and Grizzly Hills so much. These places manage to be beautiful while not hurting the eyes.

Yes, and I fixed it. Turn down the brightness and turn up the contrast.
You can change the gamma setting,that would make it darker and change the value of colors.

Thats the thing. I could, but it would be weird. Like I said, look at Ashenvale or Grizzly Hills. They aren’t super saturated and bright to the point of straining the eyes, yet they’re clear and beautiful.
I personally like bright and flashy colors.

Well,it would change everything to be a cloudy day and very dark night. I would say it’ll be a change of theme.
The game has settings you can change. I know that having to open them up and make adjustments can be daunting but if you have a problem with the visuals in the game make the plunge and change some settings.
I remember first going into bastion as it seared my retinas.
I miss old WoW night and day cycles. Night time was a very beautiful thing where everything was lit up by torches and moonlight
They put in Inky potions to give players that back anytime they want
There is a potion with a 1-2 hour timer that will make things darker, but I forget the name.
Oh i know, it’s just not the same
When I started the new player area was so dark you wouldn’t be able to find your way through it. You really had to wait til morning. Oh the troubles I got into by not seeing the dangers at night.
I loved Duskwood at night
