Took a 5th level hunter up the dead scar to death holm . Base equipment. Killed centurions like candy. Is there a harder game setting?

Try to solo dungeons that are at your level.
Die in game on purpose, take rez sickness, fight with the debuffs.
Retail you do this for some achievement content when on legacy runs.
Hunters use this trick too when pet collecting. They can do naked (no gear, procs can kill pet) and rez sickness.
As time goes on leveling zones become less populated. Newer players become fewer. Veteran players level less alts.
New players were running into walls while leveling because so many quests were designed around group content that they couldn’t do alone. Resulting in long travels to zones across the world to pick up new quests. So the questing experience was changed to be solo accessible.

Yep. there aren’t 10+ people lined up to kill the feared Hogger anymore.
My last 80 to 85 run a few weeks back the Hyjal rush I saw day 1…was over. I had the whole place to myself really.
Pull in 3 on accident, you need to kill and not die to them.
You can always go to Hardcore, probably the toughest, and then SoD (which still need groups).
If you want a challenge in Cata, just unequip everything, and use fists only.
Yea finish getting to 85 then do heroic raids.
You aren’t exactly pushing the boundaries of hard content with this example.

Yeah, it seems he’s playing Retail.
I just gave it a try.
The Nerubis Centurions were level 4.
I also killed both Luzran and Knucklerot, who were level 5 “elite”.
Now I need to go take a shower and scrub myself off.
