Game Data is currently being downloaded

Hi. So as of today, as soon as I log into game and start doing stuff, the little green (sometimes yellow) circle appears on my screen that says ‘downloading game data’. Thing is, I have background downloads / download game data while playing turned off in my battle.net launcher so this shouldn’t even appear.

What’s up with that?

It’s a way down on the list now. Been a busy forum last few days. One thing - when you transition to new zones/areas you will sometimes see that spinning icon while the game builds it’s cache.
