game doesnt tell us anything per usual and it’s not in the patch notes because they dont care about pvp

They released some kind of thing that let’s you increase fully maxed hero/mythic gear ilvl, I’m guessing this is the pvp equivalent. Maybe some hyper geek could roll through and let us know what’s up.

seems like we have to still wait 4 weeks for the void thing to unlock weapon upgrades though just like for pve (someone said it said it in ques text but who reads that)
If the PVE ilvl also upgrades to 298 when you upgrade the piece, and it doesnt just stay at champion tier, this is a banger addition.
If not, slap in the face, etc etc
