Looks like the Item Upgrade in Central Encampment “Cuzolth” is broke and wont let you upgrade anything.

Same issue. Reported this on PTR as this was happening there as well, but it looks like no one listened.

Extremely disappointing considering the small mountain of potentially better weapons I’ve passed on thinking I’d just upgrade the legendary.

One would think that someone would test upgrading the two legendary items before the patch hit live servers given the fact that they are almost certainly the two most popular items in the entire game to upgrade this week. But I guess no one thought about that edge case…

Cannot run keys because my 3/5 out my squad are axe users and don’t want to keep overcapping on flightstones.
