Just had two people get it on a fyrak kill. I’ve come to terms my paladin will not be one that gets it, because I used all my luck in Legion when my BIS legendary dropped day 1 of the expansion from my first heroic dungeon and 3 days later I got my second BIS legendary. I’ve never recovered from that luck expenditure lol.

Nice, but not a great comparison. Legendary drops were ‘corrected’ in Legion. Now it just plain sucks.

I wasn’t comparing the legion drop rates to this axe’s drop rate, lol. I was simply stating I was super lucky at the time and since then I have not been lucky. lol.
We whinged as hard as we could…
Now that i’ve lost 3 months of our lives clearing the raid everyweek grinding that axe for a huge and incredible “EMBER OF NOTHING” blizz will be buying more complaints about it if they do it,so for future legendaries they should not even think about RNG

I’m still so irritated about the evoker legendary (which I had a BILLION Sark kills for) that I basically shelved that character outside that single boss kill each week. Massive bummer.
Only 16% of accounts have hand of rag after 20 years. Legendaries have always had low drop rates.
I find it hilarious that Blizzard’s answer to complaints about broken BLP was a buffed BLP.

Totally different time. Game is seasonal now and strength dps is balanced around legendary.

I got mine Jan 17th and that felt way way toooo late in the season I was running weekly and clearing heroic for lesser tokens as well.
I feel bad for anyone still farming it

Totally, and that is most all plate wearers right now.
As an aside, we are up to 1.1% of accounts with Fyr’alath, up from 0.85% a week ago and 0.68% two weeks ago.
How about upping that BLP a little more?

Not every account has a two-handed strength class, though. Also not every person has characters on their account that raid.
So it is largely irrelevant to post statistics from every account.
For this to be a worthwhile percentage, we would have to know something like “how many accounts have a two handed strength user that has killed Fyrakk at least one time”.
Wrong, the week over week change is still a useful comparison. Which, even after the “buff,” is still minimal assuming the BLP was stacking from the beginning.
but how many people killed heroic fyrakk every week in addition to full clearing heroic and parts of mythic for the lesser BLP tokens?
some people maybe just started killing heroic fyrakk a couple weeks ago and didn’t do full clears prior.
