I bought a one-month sub on SoD release, On the 9th I bought 3 more months, which was billed instantly, so I was confident that on the 1st I could still play, but when I wanted to log in it said I didn’t have an active sub. Then I got a notification that the payment didn’t go through, but I’m not getting my money back.
I prefer the 3 months sub but don’t understand why I don’t have the money or the 3 months.
Also, my tickets aren’t getting responded. I’m starting to feel scammed.
If it failed, then Blizzard didn’t get the money, not sure how this would work out. Maybe try talking to your bank and see if they block the payment.
Yeah, I’m trying both means, but I can’t communicate with neither. I would like to cross out one of the options at least.
Try filing a ticket under payment failure. Would give you at least a chance from Blizzard to see what they see on their end.
if the payment failed it should come back to your account with in 3 to 5 days.
From what we can see, Bengtilo, it looks like the 3-month subscription failed. When that happens we won’t take the funds. You may be showing an authorization on your end, which should reverse on its own within several business days, depending on the financial institution.
You have put in 3 tickets, 2 of which have been replied to. You have an open ticket currently, which should receive a response soon.

Keep in mind that even with a failed transaction the money can look like it went. But it will come back, just not nearly as quick as when you made the charge.
You will want to find out with billing what went wrong and how to avoid it from happening again.

You are with your tickets. There is no way to jump the line or expedite things. All tickets are answered in the order that they are received, so as soon as other people’s tickets are answered, your turn will come up. Billing and account matters are the priority queue, so they tend to be responded to quicker than general in-game issues.
If the payments all failed, Blizzard does not have your money to be returned. It’s just caught up in the middle between Blizzard and your bank. Sometimes things can take a few business days to process back or be released.
Just though tickets, keep in mind that will not make your money go back into your account quicker. Depending on your bank it will take what it takes for the money to go back. With a failed transaction it will go back.
Only thing contact them is to find out what went wrong and to keep it from happening again.
