The year this came out one of the women on American Idol wore it. There you could clearly see the black and blue colors.
People have posted the actual dress before in regular lighting and yes, it’s very clearly black and blue.

People probably see color slightly different anyway…that’s the only way I can make sense of that god awful bright orange painted house that you drive by. There’s no way they are seeing the same thing I am.
