Full T2 in BG's? What's the point?

I get to play and that’s what really matters. Don’t know how horde stand those queues.

You mean kinda how I’ve been looking for the paladin tier 2 boots for 6 months and they’ve never dropped?

Hmmm…

Uh, okay?

Crul’shorukh is 9.75% chance. Math is pretty much identical.
Perdition’s Blade is 15.79% chance. We’ll be generous and say it’s literally half the time, making it an 80 week grind.

I’m going up, not just maintaining my rank.

Not true at all. If you attempt to break brackets and get bracket 1 by yourself, you’ll waste a ton of your time for nothing.

You cannot compete with a competent premade by yourself. They will earn 3-4x as much honor as you in the same time.

Now if you want to tell them “Hey, can I get this bracket spot? I don’t need to be in your premade, I won’t break brackets”, sure.

“Never tell me the odds”

True true. I just like to pvp. I was just quoting “Pet Cemetery” as far as why people bring in good gear to bgs

yeah but other than azzy cape maladath and cts im full bis as far as raid gear goes but i got spineshatter viskag and brut blade

This is a myth created by premades to flip the situation. In reality, premades are lazy, and don’t want to do more than a certain amount of honor per week. If you break a bracket, you either

  1. Screw their whole premade’s math, making some people lose a week or two

  2. Screw the premade’s schedule, making them play more than they want to.

In both cases, you effectively alone, grief MANY players. If you hate premades, go on the opposite faction and do this, they’ll hate their lives having to play more than they have to, waste more gold and consumes they have to, it’s beautiful.

That has not been the experience of myself nor anyone on my server. Perhaps yours is different.

Or the old “It’s red, it’s dead.”

I’ll ask once again:
Why do alliance do BGs for pvp gear when they clearly do not want to pvp?

lol exactly. My mindset is allies arnt really people, so farming their hks isnt doing any harm to anyone

No, you aren’t.

You’re missing Circle of Applied Force, Cloak of Draconic Might (better than Puissant Cape for Warrior, btw), and Bloodseeker. Also the weapons you’re missing obviously… the most important part of a Warrior’s DPS.

It really isn’t. Even if you push the caps up, you will not beat them. They’ll just play more.

Yes, you can make them play more by reaching their lower cap… and then they raise the cap and you spent ALL WEEK non-stop grinding just to do the honor they did in 3 days. They play a 4th day, and you’re back to bracket 4.

Note I said “competent” premade.

I said in above post that I actually like bg’s. I would quote it but don’t know how to. Don’t spend much time on the forums.

That’s my point, you ALONE are making them, as a collective, organize longer sessions, and play more than they would like to. You actively hurt them. Premades want everyone to play as little as necessary to get their gear and stop. If they can’t change their schedule to accomodate your existence, they can lose weeks, which might get in the way of them doing AQ for example.

Well, there is the answer to your original question, right there. Horde in BGs with decent PVE gear enjoy it.

But why? They can’t all expect to get rank 14. Plus who would wait in that queue and how could they serious about making it up there?

Okay? So what? Go back and read the context.

Making them play longer doesn’t mean you got bracket 1 and earned Rank 14.

Why would people choose to PvP in bad gear? That sounds miserably unfun to me.

Actually in that particular case I don’t imagine such a person would care about getting ranks, just screwing with premades.

no intention of getting Circle of Applied Force i have the nef ring from head if i wanted to use it anyways i already said i dont got a cape and wtf is a bloodseeker all i find is a bow with str and agy on it
