Full clear vision no core

I know technically its not a quest but people that recently hit rank 15 on their back should be able to get 2 cores unless they are up to date with their resistance. we ran vision 4x full clear 2 mask and 3 mask full clear, only 1 core. Currently the back armor is at 56 resistance, i know its not max cuz my main is at 68. Where is the catch up? how can someone catch up at the same rate as people ahead? it has been 2 weeks of the same thing. At first i thought it was just counting that we hit rank 15 but this week is the same only 1 core. Wasting our vessels and stressing for apparently no reason

You can only earn 1 core a week from each of the two sources. One from visions, one from the raid.
