Or time for them to start an alt and repeat the process until new content comes. It’s what some of us in my guild are doing currently.

Full BiS minus 4 is hardly full BiS. It could take OP the next 8 months to get there. I wore my dang T4 shoulders forever for lack of a druid token. They were the first raid loot I got and the last I replaced.
Casters have a bit of an advantage towards snagging BiS setups because they can craft so much gear. I also think a few items from Heroic Badges are pretty solid as well so you can be really well situated with just 5man runs and gold.
What’s the point of getting the gear if you’re not gonna use it?

4 pieces of crafted gear, a couple pieces of t4, mindblade/gruul sword, badge offhand, badge trinket, CE/mag ring, and a few offpieces from normals and kara and you’re done as a caster.
With one very lucky Kara lockout and a lot of time/gold you can get this done in a single week.
Get those 4 pieces first!

And you probably have full pvp gear because you’re Alliance. If you wanted a challenge you shoulda played horde. You made your choices.
