Kind of a problem.
I know almost nobody is using it atm except the most try of hards due to price currently, but eventually everyone is going to get to use it, and an enchant doing 10-15%+ of someones total damage seems a bit over-tuned no?
It’s been problematic since Beta and has been nerfed several times.
Seems to be primarily an issue with dual wield specs with high attack speed… the PPM on it may need to be adjusted.
