Baroness Anastari in Stratholme drops a frost wand. Banshee Finger… you can literally farm her easy because you can choose to go-to her first
I would suggest her because of the +10 Frost Resist needed for Naxx

Just go to the AH and find any frost wand with a decent speed.
The amount of damage/DPS it does is 100% irrelevant.
Same goes for meelee weapons.The ability to proc frost damage is more important than the actual damage it does do.

How long does Item restore work for. Admittedly, I don’t don’t know as I’ve only ever used it once and that was back in MoP.

AV wand is what I’m using for AQ.
1.5 speed, it’s not about the damage it’s about the number of hits he takes, so you want a fast cold wand.
I do, I just don’t go to the AH looking for a wand for a fight my alts never going to do.
OOC wouldn’t a frost proc dagger with Frost oil and an icy enchant be better then?
No because that relies on procs. The wand is always frost damage.
1 guranteed hit every 1.5 seconds vs upto 3 hits in 1.4 or less.
Frost oil and icy are quite reliable.
For melee sure.
