Frost mage tier set bonus bug

Comet Storm interacts with the Kyrian ability Radiant Spark. When triggered by the mage tier set bonus, this results in a large DPS loss as the stacks of Radiant Spark are consumed. This issue was previously correct for Winter’s Chill.

This bug was reported on PTR prior to 9.2 going live and still hasn’t been corrected.

Are you it’s a bug though? Don’t you do enough DPS already?

No, the 2-piece tier set bonus reduces my overall DPS as I have no control as to when the Comet Storm will proc.
