Frost mage lucid dreams minor essence

I have been noticing for a while now that I will have 5 icicles above my head but can’t use glacial spike.I believe the problem might be when you gain an icicle from using shimmer but this has happened to me times where I have not shimmered.

I have a picture showing: gained an icicle from blink. You can see an icicle above my head. But you DO NOT see it in the buff bar! You can see in the combat log I gained lucid dreams.

Second picture: I have 5 icicles above my head, but can not cast glacial spike! and I have 4 icicles in my buff bar.

Please assist.

Im having the same issue and im really disapointed that this hasnt been fixed yet. this visual bug throws me off alot.
this issue has been going on since 8.3

Yep! sadly it is more than just visual, submit in game ticket to the “Submit Bug” I have taken video and photo proof and submitted it. You gain the verse, the heal the icicle over head but it fails to apply lucid minor stack to total count to launch GS. QC is just sad. I believe there is maybe 1 guy looking at this sometimes when he feels like it and it might get fixed before SL.
