No. The players are happily, brazenly, willfully stupid.
How is that letting players decide?
People screaming about servers dying and you want blizz to introduce new servers just because they keep telling you no rdf and somehow think they will do this.
I hear the butcher has a sharpening stone for you because u are too dull to be in the drawer.
Nah the current servers are losing too many players as it is, Blizzard is radio silent and is just allowing mass bottling as well and not even speaking about any of the other issues going on.
Having a whole new server especially with RDF would be successful but also detrimental to the existing servers.

Technically it’s letting players decide that if they want RDF they could roll on said specific server(s) and if they do not, they can play on the current ones we have.
I feel like you have no idea what’s happening in the game right now, or for the last couple weeks.
half the reason a bunch of people seem to want rdf is because it allows cross realm grouping.
I hear the dragon expansion has RDF. Pre-patch coming very soon.
