I currently play on the EU/French servers.
Since update 11.2.7, we no longer have French dubbing for new content, and there is also very little currently available on the Midnight beta.
We have not received any information about what will happen next.
Is French dubbing still planned for the expansion ?
Is there a plan to make it retroactive to 11.2.7 ?

As Darthwraith mentioned, Customer Support wouldn’t have any information on what may or may not planned for the Development of the game, outside of what is already public.
I’d recommend posting any feedback/suggestions you might have in the Community section of the EU WoW Forums. While the Developers and/or Community Managers may not respond, they do collect feedback from those areas.
