I was kind of thinking the same thing, I queue with Franq almost 4-5 times a week and I have never encountered this player. I have ran into Bob and Joker but never this player.

Unless you play a different toon I have never seen you with Bob or Joker, the only other person I see with them on a regular is Tidepodz.
