There is no voice here. The only voice comes with a cancel button. You don’t ban people who give a complaint that is NOT insulting or harassing to anyone. While making it impossible for them to file a bug report or get any game support whatsoever on game services of which they pay for. I’ve played the game for 18 years, and this behavior is shoddy at best.
If you mean the forums specifically, they are a perk for having a subscription. They are not the only means to seek help or report bugs, or given suggestions. That would be in game, via the help menu.
Freedom of speech does not cover private forums. You have specific rules to follow. If you wish to appeal any action that would also be done by ticket only. Though since you do seem to have posting privileges I can not imagine what this would be about.

Actually, I spent hours trying to file a bug report. The "system " sent me in a circular cycle of nowhere and I don’t use twitter. There is no phone number, no email that I could find nothing. Filing a bug report was the only option which I couldn’t do because I typed the word crap in a post. How is this a bannable offence? If they are going to do that, they need an active support # to call. Also note I could not get into the game . that was the issue.

If you would like to elaborate on what issue you may be having, you’ll find plenty of folks happy to help. If it’s not something that we can’t help with, we can certainly help to get you to where you need to be to receive that support.
Has not been one for many, many years. And most people sat on hold - if they even got that far. The ticket system may be a touch confusing, but if it’s sending you in circles, that usually means a ticket isn’t going to solve your issue.
Don’t believe there ever has been an email for customer service, actually. I could be wrong on this, but even if there was one once, it hasn’t existed for as long as there hasn’t been a phone number.
Banned, or suspended? They’re two different penalties. But Blizzard can sanction anyone they choose for whatever reason they choose. I’m not sure of the circumstances or any of that - because technically it is against the rules to discuss account penalties and such - but there would have to be more to it than simply using “crap” in a ticket.

I realy doubt it was having crap in a post and you realy dont want to poke the centaur or panda theve been known to elaborate. Also the phone was discontinued for this reason people oepning tickets for stuff that cant be handled over the phone.

What you were trying to do was file a ticket, which is not a bug report. There’s a forum for bug reports. Tickets are not for that.

For the record, if you didn’t realise or understand, but Freedom of Speech allows you to speak up against your government. It does not extend to companies, their games or forums.

I could not log into the game (many others also). Was going to be one of the first to report an issue but couldn’t do it because of some auto ban/ hold thing that was ridiculous, and I am sure some autogenerated thing. I couldn’t post in the bug forum OR the CS forum, no #, no email. Now way at all to get the "game " issue addressed.
Okay, but if you knew others couldn’t, there isn’t much that can be done aside from wait until the launcher tells you what’s going on or someone posting it on the forums for you to read.
There is no such thing.
There’s no reason for any of this. When the game goes down, Blizz knows. They need to get the techs on it and then they’ll update.
