I currently have an expired account, but was able to sign in earlier with the free weekend started. After running around for a couple hours, I was booted completely out of the game, and now I am unable to sign in at all. All of my accounts are reading as expired and inactive again and is requiring gold or subscription to access.

Jusy to get the obvious out of the way, are you connecting to Dragonflight? The non-Retail versions aren’t eligible.
From what I can tell it’s unlimited play upto and including the latest expac you own until Monday. Classic and progression realms do not appear to be included.
Yep, was running live DF content when it started happening. It has finally let me back in, though it appears to be intermittent along with these forums repeatedly refreshing and showing that I can’t post because I supposedly don’t have a lvl 10 char. I mean, I don’t know what I was expecting…
