Someone mentioned buying MYTHIC BoEs with tokens. Millions and millions of gold for one when you get 100kish from a token. Sure people are doing that… also you can buy a mythic denathrius carry for less than that if you don’t want the mount and can potentially get a weapon. Or spend 140k buying a +15 carry to get a guaranteed mythic piece. But when you’re irrationally angry about something logic doesn’t really matter lol

Customers hate it when discounts are seen as unfair. Giving the companies product free as a long term thing, for anyone, will be seen as unfair. Yes, you pay for a expansion. So what you are suggesting is you pay $40 for the expansion every 2 years whilst new players pay $360 + $40 every 2 years. You seriously think the majority would be ok with this?
They won’t.
You could make an argument that people who were subbed every day for an entire expansion (or two) deserve the expansion free. That’s something you could argue. Free subscription though… that’s a 90% discount. Very few people are going to see that as fair and unfair discounts drive customers away. Companies know this. Especially big ones.

You can level an alt for free and level its profession and get your leggo for free. All it costs you is time. If people are buying rank 4 leggos with tokens… lol.

Do you know how many tokens you have to buy to pay for a mythic kill? Do you think most people are paying literally hundreds if not thousands of real dollars for one? Lol
who said mythic, heroic, even normal, if a player is doing content they can’t normally do through purchase of gold they got through tokens it’s crossed into pay to win

No it hasn’t. Because none of that is an advantage over anyone else through cash only. Anyone can run that stuff. Anyone can get that gear. No one has to pay. And it’s not pay to win.

You can get normal level gear from your chest dying through a +2 in your box. Or for free id you upgrade your covenant gear. Inspect me. Do you know how much stuff at this ilevel would cost if you paid for lfr BoEs that aren’t even as good? And all you have to do to get 190s is your covenant campaign. Even RARES give mythic dungeon level gear. Check out my 184 ring. If you’re wasting gold cuz you don’t want to quest or kill a rare thats a you problem.
just because something is obtainable doesn’t mean everyone is capable of obtaining it.

No he doesn’t. Because other players can run that stuff. No one is guaranteed a full set of Mythic gear by paying for a run. And even if they had a full set, it’s still meaningless. That person who buys carries and doesn’t run anything now has Mythic pieces for what? World Quests? LOL
Pay to win is gaining an extreme advantage over other players by buying with cash items or buffs that those who don’t pay can’t get.
cov gear isn’t’ heroic level, if someone buys heroic run, they’ve officially indulged in P2W, gold most people don’t worry about throwing around cause they can just buy more.
i said same skill level, if one chooses to buy run and other doesn’t the one who bought run has clear advantage. saying “they could buy run too” is terrible counter argument.
