Hi, I’m trying to get this achievement for the mount but when I complete the quests, such as Black Rook Rumble, the progress will show up in the achievement for a bit but it will disappear in a few hours. Just wondering if this will affect me getting the mount. On Wowhead it says some people have also had problems with this achieve.

I have 3/4 of the achievement and on Black rook rumble i have 18/20, i have got to 19/20 twice/three times and then it resets to 18/20.
I posted a ticked and then got given an auto msg to post here as gms don’t deal with that kind of stuff.

So even though you did the quests you didn’t get the achieve? On Wowhead it says that people had GMs fix the problem for them-like if they did all the required quests they gave them the mount.
I got the achievement prog to 19/20 2 or three times and then it resets to 18/20 I posted a ticket and got sent this :
“Game Masters are not able to grant achievement credit, provide game hints, or assist with in-game bugs. If you believe the issue is due to a bug, please follow the in-game steps noted below to notify our development team directly.”
the ingame steps they gave was post a report here.

Oh okay. I can’t even get past 0/20 on all of them… pretty annoying. Hopefully we can get a response from them about this. I’m going to take screenshots for proof of the bug.
it may have only started this lockout as i have had 2/3 and 18/20 on “off the top rook” since the reset
Yeah before the reset I actually had some progress and now it’s all gone

Came here specifically about this. Once I complete a quest the achievement tally will update, but the next day they reset back to where they were as if I hadn’t done them on the previous day.

Yep, same thing happens to me
ok, because i already have 3 achievements connected to it, i just did it again and have got to 19/20 for the 4th time, if it goes back to 18 then ill at least have some evidence.

Sounds good, I think I will also make a post in the Customer Support section because it seems they respond more on there.
I just closed and opened WoW and I’m back to 18/20 so im going to just resubmit the ticket
Yeah if you resubmit it you should get a response. It just takes forever
I thought I was going crazy, lol. I have them tracked so I’m familiar with where I’m at. This morning I logged in and saw the numbers as they were yesterday I knew something was up. I took a screenshot, will do some more quests today, and will take another screenshot tomorrow to have some proof.
I guess I’m going to just take a break from doing the quests until I get a response
yeah, at first I thought “huh, thought i was on 19 oh well” then got to 19 and then 19 again and now I just want it fixed
Yeah I did the Black Rook Rumble an hour or 2 ago, had 1/20, now it’s back to 0/20… this is so annoying.
Just confirming from me also that achievement progress resets on log out.
just got to 19/20 again restarted and am still at 19/20 so hopefully thats fixed after the server restart last night
Yep, I posted about the same thing earlier. I should be done with the black rook rumble one but since the progress doesn’t stick Its not showing me as done yet. Super frustrating considering I’m only like 3 quests away from the mount.
