Not right for me yet, did Black Rook earlier, tally went to 12, logged out and in, tally back to 11.
nope, just logged back after a few hours away and im back at 18 for the 5th time

Same has happened to me. I keep losing progress on all parts of the achievement which is frustrating since I think I would have had the mount by now if it didn’t keep bugging out. I don’t believe it’s a visual bug as I have done these SO MANY TIMES still with no completion or reward. Reported it to Blizzard and got no help. Just got told to report the bug here.

I’m still waiting for them to respond to my ticket
I thought I was losing my mind - this has been happening to me this week too. So frustrating!

You’ll probably get an automated message saying something along the lines of “not my problem, go report a bug. cant do anything about it”.
Also have had issues beginning on Thursday of this week. I’m owed 2 completions of The Darkbrul-oh. Also got a generic “not our problem” ticket response. I’m going to keep attempting the WQ when it pops but I’m not hopeful

Still bugged for me too. I would be done by now, this is super frustrating. I also received the automated not my problem ticket response after I submitted it. I resent it after that though, so we will see if anything happens. The response time for the ticket is up to over 4 days so who knows when I will get a response.

After a careful review, I noticed there are similar report on this error recently. Our associate team is currently investigating the issue and looking for a further solution. Unfortunately, as a GM I cannot step in and offer a solution for now. But no worries, we’re working on it and hope it will be fixed as soon as possible.
Well hey, that’s better than nothing. Good deal.

My response was similar. Nothing a GM can do since they can’t verify what we have and haven’t done, but they are passing reports on this to their devs. As of right now, this bug is still happening.

Hopefully they will let us know of any updates, and when they fix it.
I thought I was going insane because I felt like I had done alot more then the progress was showing and then noticed today it was deleting said progress on log out. I put a ticket in but if you guys are saying they are pretty much telling us to F off while others are saying the gms are helping them?
I’ve been working on this achievement for the past week and it took me until now to realize it’s been resetting on me, just as you all have stated; ffs. Honestly with how slow Blizzard works on fixing old content, I’m pretty much giving up on this achievement for now. Hopefully they fix it sooner then later but I’m not holding my breath on it.

pretty much did it all week every 6 hours etc actually woke up to try and bang it out before shadowlands

Same. It sounds like they are aware of it but who knows when it’ll actually be fixed. I guess I’ll come back to it in a few weeks.
I have been having the same issues. I sent a ticket but got the same canned response to come check the forums. Not sure if it helps to have multiple people send messages about bugs. But hopefully this is resolved.
after at least 4 days of forum bug posts and 5 days since my first bug report in game and ticket I just got told i should submit a bug report if it happens again.
