Im trying to switch from Faerlina to the server my friends switched to in order to avoid a 10 hour queue. When I try the transfer it says I need to clear my mail. I have already cleared all mail/auctions and waited several days for any quest mail. Im at a lost and the average ticket is taking 15+ days to be responded to. This is quite and annoying bug considering the purpose of the free transfers is to make the game more accessible. Until then I’m faced with 10k+ queues. Seriously Blizzard?
