I paid for a one month subscription and my credit card had a one dollar and then minus one dollar processed. I processed this one hour ago. On my bnet account it says no transaction history, and I cannot log in to anything but the free WoW version. What should I do?

Are you certain you set up a subscription, Gnomely? I see that you have a method of payment added to the account, but I don’t show any subscriptions started.
The $1 was likely our systems checking to make sure your method of payment was valid when you entered it.
I’d return to the subscription page for your license and select the option you want.
Note: Once game time is added most of the Starter/Trial restrictions should lift, like leveling restrictions, etc… Some social restrictions may remain on the account for up to 24 hours.
Hello, thanks for the reply. I selected the one month subscription, $15 or so, and clicked subscribe to start the process.
Is that when you did originally or did you try it again? I’m not seeing any subscriptions on the account so it doesn’t look like the option has activated the account.
I’d recommend trying again for your WoW#1 license. 
I originally clicked to process the $15 payment. Should I do this again or wait some time?
I don’t see any subscription options selected for this account so I’d try again. My guess is that your original choice did not completely process.

Do I have to download something else, or can I log on to the same server and realm with the same characters? Currently it says I can’t sell things at the auction house because I have a free account, for example. But on my bnet account it says the subscription is active.
No, you don’t need to download anything else, and you can continue using the same character(s) you already had on the same realms.
As I mentioned previously, some trial restrictions remain on the account for up to 24 hours. It’s a security measure to help prevent exploitation.
It usually doesn’t take the full 24 hours in most cases.
