Hello, I know multiple people have submitted bug reports for this issue and I was directed by Game Master Benoekaata to do so as well after submitting an in-game issue. On my main account I have received 6 fractured sparks for a total of 3 full sparks and 3 crafted items. On my warrior that I am trying to swap to, I am apparently only eligible for 4 fractured sparks. For one this should be wildly more transparent for us as players to identify rather than having to put together and run scripts to check. This script shows that my characters (both main and alt) are eligible for 4 fractured sparks:
/run a=C_CurrencyInfo.GetCurrencyInfo(3132) print(“You have earned " … a.quantity … " of " … a.maxQuantity … " possible " … a.name …” .")
But as I mentioned I have received 6 on one character, so that implies I should be able to get the same number on my other characters. If not, that has not been made clear as evidenced by how many people are reporting this issue with fractured sparks not dropping. I have exhausted most if not all sources of the fractured sparks including weekly quests, delves, LFR, m+, etc.

I’ve received the same answer from Game Master Akotomemik and I’ve tried everything. Sadly unlike you I only play with my main and I am missing the fractured spark for this week, at least you got it with your main.

Same here! Check and post in the other threads about this issue too. We need more attention to this bug or it’s not going to get fixed.

For those trying to use the provided script as shared by Pizzard-Proudmoore, the game will return a LUA error due to the rich text quote marks and ellipses where there shouldn’t be. This is not their fault; the third-party forum system Blizzard uses is auto-formatting the text.
This is the correct version:

Thank you for sharing a much better version of the spark tracker script! I’ve tried a few I’ve seen posted and some are dumping way too much info. This one is very simple and easy to use.
When I run the script, it says You have earned 4 of 4 possible 11.1 Professions…
Is that correct?
I have 2 Spark of Fortunes and I used one, so that means I have/had 3 - which implies I had a total of 6 fractured sparks so far.
I’m assuming (cross fingers) that I haven’t experienced this bug yet.
I’m still missing the half spark on my hunter 
This weekend has been a wash , lots of stuff is broke, and to top it all off the forums are slow and buggy.
Would love if we could get a post or something so we can know for sure that the devs are aware of this issue.

Still no word from Blizzard about this so keep on posting, making threads, putting in tickets, all that jazz. Make some noise.

Same. We have had this issue for weeks now and after we are told to file a bug report (and that the gms can’t do anything) we wait until the next week rolls around and voila…no sparks then either.
We have freaking mains here who will never be able to craft again because we are not getting sparks. Please do something, Blizz.

ok I just got my fractured spark from a pinnacle cache.
I was just going to skip a couple of them this week cuz I didn’t think I needed the rewards but I was wrong.
Just finished the awakening the machine weekly and it was in there.
So psure I’m all caught up on sparks now. I have 3 full that I haven’t spent sitting in my bags rn.
So if you missed any of your weeklies try getting those done and see if it drops from there.
Another pinnacle cache down that didn’t give me this week’s fractured spark. Still waiting for that blue post to let us know that y’all are really tracking this issue. I’ve had 1 gm say that you are followed by 2 saying that you aren’t and that there’s no problem.

I am having the same issue and made a few support tickets and bug post as well.
On this character there have been 2 weeks now where I have not received a Fractured Spark of Fortunes.
Currently I am only at 2 full sparks and 0 half sparks whereas everyone else is at a minimum of 3 full sparks.
I have already opened multiple tickets and been essentially advised they can’t do anything.
A few things to note:
- I have already completed the one time quest “A Golden Circumstance” which awards the free half spark
- I have already completed the one time quest to turn in a half spark for a full spark
- I have completed the Pinnacle Cache weekly quest from Faerin Lothar each week and also numerous other end game content. Pretty much everything that gives a cache, mythic plus, normal/heroic/mythic raid, etc…
- I have also checked my inventory, bank, and warbound bank
I miss the days when support tickets/GMs could actually resolve issues. Now it’s just different copy/paste explaining how they can’t do anything.

it would appear as though those that have this bug are missing the “free spark” given to characters that didnt use the previous exploit a few weeks ago, where they gave the community a spark. if you didnt pick it up then its missing. I believe this because if you use the addon saved instances it tracks all sparks. both my warrior and my DK so 4/4, but on my DK i grabbed the free spark. on the warrior, i did not and now, cannot.
Nah I got my free fractured spark.
In my case I opened up the cache from the Call of the World Soul quest in this weird period of time after the weekly reset where my crest cap and eligibility to get stuff from the weekly boxes hadn’t reset (I got literally nothing but gold from all of them lmao). So I think the game believes that I’m not behind since I opened up that cache when I really am since it didn’t give me one.
Posting here as recommended by 3 GM’s who claim there is no issue and everything is fine.
Yet I’ve done everything I could this week and never got 6th fractured spark. So I disagree and clearly something is broken
Made bug posts & tickets regarding no spark for myself after doing Worldsoul quest, all caches.
Finally someone tipped me off that the Warmode Quest Sparks of War will give one.
it took me about 10 minutes to collect the 100 sparks in Ringing Deeps. WQs gave 10 each, rares gave 8 each, chests & disturbed dirt gave 5 each.
