Same issue here, I’ve lost 2 fractured sparks on my druid to the spark quest.

Keep on posting about this bug! Please try to include as much info as you can and if a GM actually was able to help you PLEASE report it here to us so we have proof when we are told there’s nothing they can do to help.

still no spark crafted 2 items no sparks since then
Hello, I created a separate topic for this. My character, Arune-Fizzcrank is stuck at 4 sparks and no longer earns sparks. We really need someone to take a look and fix this. There are probably quite a few of us stuck like this.
edit: I wanted to update, my character is actually at 5 and I did see one in there. Yet my shaman and everyone else in the guild is at 7. So my character may actually be earning the sparks and is impacted by two things (1) not getting the quest to give the extra everyone else got and (2) the quest giver taking an extra half. That would explain the disparity. It still needs a fix for those of us impacted.
THis has been happening to my main character for two weeks. Ive opened countless tickets I have only two full sparks on there and have not received a half spark for weeks. Countless tickets and nothing- except report a bug.
Considering we pay for this game this puts others at an advantage since they are ahead with their sparks. This is unfair and needs to be fixed immediately.1
For over two weeks I’ve been pleading with Blizzard to look into this. There is obviously a problem. We are not getting what we paid for.
I tried to replicate the bug on a new character. I saw something interesting while trying it.
Turn in the quest while having 1 Fractured Spark in my bag, removes it for a second , and then grants you 3 !
Because we need a fractured spark to turn in the quest, we need to “give it” to the quest giver, and then he returned it to us + 2 free ones.
This “returned it” was bugged on my DH both times, cause it was at a time where we had to separate quests instead of one for the newest characters (post bug fixed).

The quest takes 1 and gives you 2, you likely simultaneously turned in the second quest that is just a free one.
