FPS dropping?

Since patch my fps are dropping, the game is not feeling good and every time i’m using the MAP or achievements table i’m going from 100fps to 75fps with 0.5 freeze on the screen, any having this problem? in the second day of the patch i’ve updated drivers and the problem was gone but now the game is freezing again.

I’ve been messing with disabling addons and lowering settings to minimal effect. Seems to happen more often as a new regions/mobs (both in world and instances) are loading, but have also noticed drops as quests update. idk

9.1 Issue - Open Map Causes game to stutter when walking

I loaded into 9.1 and noticed any time I opened the map and walked the screen would stutter, I disabled all of my add-ons and this still occurred, I am on the latest driver 471.11. Anyone else noticing this?

I NEVER change my settings I have and yeah…its been dropping FPS down to horrible where the particles are showing more in places that its not done it before.
Everything IS updated on my end.
