I don’t think your PC is the problem. You can play wow on a potato if you wanted. Here are some things to try before you do anything drastic.
- In game try switching between DX 12, 11, and 11 legacy. Many people are having issues with new DX changes in WoW.
- Try rolling back your graphics card Driver.
- In game make sure WoW is using your graphics card and not on-board graphics.
- Lastly, because you have the minimum amount of RAM close any background programs that use a lot of memory.
