For some reason. I cant seem to get the 4th spark of ingenuity quest. I have no idea why. I logged on today. Picked up my vault and went to get the quest and nothing is there. Ive already got and used all 3 others. So i dont see how i would be missing a pre req. Also was able to get the quest on one of my alts. But cant get it on my main.
This is generally what is called a game hint, Mechalock, and not something that a Game Master would be able to provide information on.
You can usually find a good deal of advice in the comments section on sites like Wowhead.
One thing your alt has done that your main has not is the quest Victorious, which is noted in the comments of In Tyr’s Footsteps.

You should cause it was the problem. Cant believe i missed that quest lol

It happens, there is a lot going on, quests popping up, NPCs chatting, etc…
