Sadly, it’s just more web design change for the sake of change… chasing fads and trends… another example of devs and designers getting paid to “iterate” and “improve” and “update” things, instead of actually getting them right and keeping them that way.
Luckily I’m probably only seeing some of the changes, since my browser and extension setup blocks a lot of extraneous crap.

I hate it it sucks. My whole chat box takes up the whole screen now
I like the fact that there are now more options to be able to include in posts. I also like that the emojis have been extended, and there are more available. I feel like the last thing that got fixed. That really helps is not having to scroll up and down to get the text box back so I can continue posting. As long as I can still offer an opinion and respond to others I don’t mind the change, especially when there’s more customization.
It looks the same to me?
Its not as laggy between pages now, but visually i cant find a single difference.

One thing I like is I don’t see someone I have on ignore quoted anymore. That was a nice change.

I don’t care at all. To let something so miniscule bother me would be completely idiotic. The people complaining here are literally the people who just complain to complain.

the two down arrows should hide it.
the diagonal one says enter/Exit full screen composer when hovering over it.

At the moment, the forum layout hasn’t changed, but it was acting strangely last night and briefly changed before reverting back.

It broke some of my userscripts, but I fixed it already.
They are more seemingly more responsive, with some fancy added animations.
I don’t really like the new WYSIWYG reply edit box. Markdown is better by default, at least on PC.
No idea about how this all affects mobile users, since I rarely touch these forums on my phone.
