I have a slow feeder, but the problem now is that my gulper is also a browser, and eats small amounts all day. I adopted a 2nd cat who is a “see food eat food” and has gained a LOT of weight while cat 1.0 has lost weight due to fatcat eating everything.
I just bought a super pricey cat feeder that automagically opens a lid when the right cat sticks her head in the bowl, based on the cat’s microchip. so hopefully my browser can eat and my fatcat-eats-all-the-food can be put on a diet.

Lick mat may work
Battletags are the same as the Gamertag or any other game user name. They are NOT your real name (I hope!). They are made up by you and controlled by you. You create one that you feel comfortable with and want people to know you by. We all have one and every other Blizzard forum uses our Battletags as the posting name. That is how the core Discourse software is set up. To have one account per human ID.
The Battletag is not your real info. Nobody can message you using it without your permission. They have to send you a friend request to even TRY, and you can decline and block in one button press. They can’t use it to contact you in game, find your WoW chars, or anything else. Way more secure.
Currently the old WoW chat system lets someone take your posting charname-server and message you, mail you, add you to the friends list, follow you around in game - without your permission and you can’t stop it short of a server transfer. I really really think that system needs a rework too.
I am currently a huge fan of a single forum account per Battletag.
- One IGNORE for the Bnet account and all chars under it. I want to ignore the PERSON. This honestly is important and reduces harassment for those who find a person alt hopping and bothering them.
- One set of likes so no more hopping chars to like posts more than once
- One set of flags so no more hopping chars to flag posts more than once, or get more than 5 flags per day
- One post history and post count
- One trust level so no more need to worry if you change a char name or transfer servers
For Display I would prefer to be able to select a character to use as the Avatar and change it as desired because char and transmog do matter. Prefer it to show up something like Mirasol then under that my battletag. If I change chars it would still have my battletag under it. If I don’t want someone to know my char, I would not post with it.
I also want a free Battletag change for everyone who does not have one if they did this. That way they can select something they are comfy with and that does not break the forum rules.
Yes, some people have multiple Battlenet accounts that they pay for game licenses on. A few even use those to troll forums, but compared to having infinite posting characters (and their flags/likes) here, it would be an improvement.

That has been in since the Discourse software rolled out. It will remove the quoted text if you quote the whole post of the one before yours. If you quote part of it then it keeps the quote text.
Quoting the whole post before yours is what the forum software removes. I suppose the feature exists because the makers felt that a direct response under someone does not need a full quote to take up space/make things scroll. It is supposed to be mobile friendly I guess?
