They all have less participation than this one, and it is weird seeing the ones that usually disrupt threads or attack others asking for btag.
I find its the level 10 alt army that ends to have most the disruptive behavior but thats just my experience

As I said and Iâm sure you will agree this forum has been running just fine without battle tags showing.
If it needed the battle tag it wouldnât be working properly right now and thatâs all the evidence I need
What I also know is that a blue told us that we can swap alts to get away from harassment and that will be impossible if they show you all our battle tag on every post.
So forgive me if Iâve seen enough harassment in here without battle tags to actually believe that it wonât get worse with them
IT hasnt ive been mass reported 3 times now probably by the same 3 people alt switching who dont like what i suggested because it ruins their fun in trolling and harrassing people. like legit i got 3 seperate notifications your post as been removed then restored.
Sorry but disagreeing with you is not disruption. Disruption would be derailing the thread calling people names, insulting people etc none of that has happened from any of my posts. But itâs only a matter of time until the b taggers start doing that⌠I mean theyâre already telling me how many posts I have in this thread which is usually the first step for the harassment to begin
Now factually this forum has been running for years just fine without battle tags. None of you need to see our battle tags for this form to run just fine otherwise it wouldnât have been running fine at all to begin with.
As Iâve said a thousand times on this forum there was a blue post that told us to swap alts if we were being harassed and you all having our battle tag will make that impossible so itâs completely self-defeating and entirely unnecessary regardless of how many times this topic comes up
The devs wont listen. They got that kool kid feedback thing called the council.

What youâre asking for would create chaos and more work for Blizzard that theyâre already slacking on.

And in one of the other recent battle tags reds that apparently was either locked and delisted or maybe even deleted one of the posters literally called out this nonsense and said very clearly that the other blizzard forums are just as bad as this one even though they have battle tags.
That poster is not the first one thatâs coming here and said the same exact thing that the other forms are just as bad as this one battle tags donât make any difference whatsoever in keeping control of the trolling or whatever it is weâre supposed to be controlling with battle tags
Facts lady only thing that battle tags showing does is alert you that itâs the same person on a different alt. It does not change the fact whether theyâre breaking the rules or not.
From my experience we have a few stalker sorts on this forum and the last thing that we need to do is give them a tool to be able to keep stalking and harassing posters in here who have decided to try to get away from it by swapping alts as a blue themselves suggested we do

It wouldnât. What is someone going to do with a BTag? They canât whisper you, find you ingame, or anything related to Blizzard. You need to be mutual friends to do any of that.
They can track you wherever you go.
It doesnât take a genius to realize that.
