Is it possible that we can have the post in question cited when it’s flagged down by the system and the notification pops up?
I post a lot and I don’t think the content of is particularly controversial. Pretty baffled atm.

You can always post it as a suggestion in the web site bug report forum.

We’re working on updating the forums so that if you’re silenced for a post, you will receive an in-forum notification that more closely resembles the email you receive as well. This should help when the emails get lost for whatever reason.
If the post has just been hidden due to community reports, it means a moderator hasn’t gotten to it to review it. I’m not sure what it would take to add more details to the notifications about hidden posts but definitely doesn’t hurt to ask. Thanks for the suggestion
