Battle tags simply cannot be used to stalk or harass anyone in-game or out-of-game without you approving it first by accepting a friend request.
a bit of a more in depth take from me that server is not bad but there are some bad players in there and yes at time have organized harassment like literally talking about clone acounts but it was ok because it was (clone of clowns) this is something i myself have witnessed and you your self know is true and it was never really address in there
