I think it’s more so that you’re worried about being stalked in game meanwhile also accepting random btag requests

So do you have any other ideas of how people can harass or stalk you in-game using battle tags that I can shoot down? So far, you are pretty low in the count.

Lets call this…STRIKE 3! Blizz already uses battle tags in all of their other forums so adding it to the WoW forums isn’t reinventing the wheel, it’s just making it match what they are already using on all of their products. The WoW forums are currently the “reinvited wheel.”

I won’t do it but (because that is not the kind of person I am)
I could go to your server find you and make you a non btag friend and I wouldn’t need your approval with the current character - Server system .
To be honest as for the change in game with btags we prefer all requests be btag because it provides better protection from stalking and harassment because once a btag is blocked they can never do a request to the same person with that same btag.
they already said that the coding is too difficult to do anything right now for btags on these forums. this just tells u that this forum is sitting on old as hell codes and the other ones are a lot newer. perfect time to discuss other means of alt hopping bc the blue has spoken. also knowin blizzard it’ll be a fight bc we have glitch avatars as we speak and the most touch they did was make the forums blue and not brown anymore lol. they are runnin bare minium here.
There are those who compile data on people to try and link them to the real world.

The forums were originally made to use btags . They reinvented the wow forums to work differently to have character -server because of the rp aspect but even they realized that was a mistake when it ended up making each character-server their own forum accounts instead of all characters a person has as one account.
How is it blizzard busy work when the forum program is made by another company . All Blizz does is moderate it.
Oh are you one of those that think the Game Devs , story team and forum programers are all one team ?
