Asking them if killing some noobs in a video game for free money hurts their conscience? I’m gonna go with no bud, I think they sleep fine.
I do carries when I have time for free in lfg and personally, I enjoy it because the people you help are super appreciative and it very clearly makes their day. I don’t even think about the people I fight because frankly, I don’t tend to run into anyone twice. So if they take one loss, so be it. They’ll survive. If they don’t lose to a “booster” they’ll just complain it was gear. Or X class or Y skill or lag or their mother yelling at them. Whatever.

same, i’ll grab a 1400-1600ish healer and help them slam our 1800 and they’re always really happy about it.
2v2 has always been used as a gearing bracket anyways, you fight like 1 booster team every 10ish games. a lot of the people on the forums don’t understand the difference between a glad player boosting and a regular 1400 player with RBG gear they scream booster at both

who cares though? someone is trading their time for in game currency. and it doesn’t negatively affect anyone since people buying boosts are just pvers and you fight them so rarely it doesn’t affect your mmr in the big picture

Well, I mean ok that’s fair but to be honest, if someone gave me something, that’d be cool. I just don’t ask or hint towards even accepting anything. I can’t really blame those that have time to play, capitalizing on it. Why does it bother you? This entire world runs off goods and services. To quote the great joker, “if you’re good at something, never do it for free.”

Soloque is not a thing and finding people to play on a decent mmr is near impossible
Honestly its not their fault but the best i find in LFG are some dewds with 2.4k max xp and hardstuck on their rating. Like at this point, for any decent player/streamer u might aswell just boost someone and get something out of it
because its not gonna be a productive session either way
Not a streamer and don’t take money or gold but as a Lock pushing rating over 2100 right now is toxic so instead I literally play with any random Disc/Holy Priest in 2s below 1800 just so they can get 1800 for the gear.
in b4 some random 1400 player says but the streamer had 40k hp and 1 shotted me and my partner1 1! 1!!
