I usually have a to-do list for longer flights.
Use the bathroom (my body isn’t what it was 15 yrs ago)
Get up for a snack/water break and a stretch.
Pick up the sweater I’m knitting and put a few stitches into that.

Try flying from Astranaar in Ashenvale to Ratchet. I was expecting a 2 minute flight. Then the hippogryph makes a counterclockwise circle across tge entire continent to Theramore and uses that to connect to Ratchet
It’s even better when the route is so poorly designed you can’t actually fly somewhere without a connecting flight completely out of your way.
