I like utility spells so couple of days ago, decided to try hunter and I got misdirect.
I love it! it feels hella useful, and I use it on cooldown.
I joined a group, paladin starts doing omega pulls and I helpfully misdirect things onto him. Paladin goes splat.
Ok, too much stuff. Paladin shoots off again, and I misdirect again, paladin goes splat.
Vote kick pops up: “healer not healing.”
Paladin gets removed.
So apparently the paladin is not the tank, but was the healer.
RIP. Guess I’ll check unit frames next time for roles. lol.

Can’t tell you how many times my pet has pulled the entire instance, and hilariously most of the time nobody realizes except me. They think it’s a bug or something. I’m like so weird guys what happened

Thanks for the laugh, quite amusuing. The kick seems unfair, it’s just timewalking not friggin M+ with timers. People can be so unforgiving in a VIDEO GAME…

We just don’t see that any more, and, honestly, it’s a scream when it happens.
It’s a Classic dungeon thing I think now.
My favorite event like that was back in Vanilla in Razorfen Downs.
I was farming RFD on my 60 Warrior for gear to DE and sell. And there was some 20 something toon nearby.
I offered to take them into the dungeon.
We went in, and I guess went down that first passage to the right that leads to the spiral. Since the other player was pretty low, he naturally had a large aggro radius.
We managed to get close enough that he pulled the mobs at the top of the spiral in RFD. They started running and pulled every single mob on the way down. I just stared mouth agape as this army of undead came running down the hall. “Oh, this is not good.”
I’m sorry that your compatriots don’t have the sense of humor appreciate the foibles of Vanilla dungeons. Not like you did it on purpose. Still funny though, thanks for sharing.

Yeah, if I had stuck with Hunter since 2006, I might not have had that Whoopsie moment. But once I discovered Druid, Pally, DK, and Mage I pretty much walked away from hunter til Legion, and again til just last night lol

Which is exactly how it felt and ALMOST used that word except apparently what was acceptable in 2006 is now offensive in 2024, so I dared not risk it

I kept making that mistake back when I ran in groups so I’d just play MM and dismiss pet.
Made life easier til the GL would ask I bring a pet out.

I did the same thing last night on my lock.
Jumped down and noticed my fel guard was dead. Quickly resummoned then I saw a big training coming.
Good thing me and my buddy were pumping damage. No deaths lol so I guess no one was mad enough to kick.
