Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice

Shame on ME. What an IDIOT I was to trust corporate Activision. RIP to blizzard one of the greatest game development companies to ever do it 1991-2008. But they died out over a decade ago now and my, my, my the reflections of that death can be seen today.

Layering is NOT a classic wow experience. Because the OG GANGSTER Devs that built vanilla wow had enough intelligence to know not only that it would be a disaster but WHY it would be a disaster.

Now we get to see WHY layering is a disaster. Ruined economics on every single server. Ruined EVERYTHING on every single server. Thanks to the brilliant “corporate zombie brain” developers at Activision Shareholders INC.

I honestly fooled MYSELF into thinking that actual real game developers work for blizzard entertainment in 2019. Instead you just have the corporate zombie brain developers. With MUH layering!

I’m DONE with corporate Activision. The blizzard entertainment I knew and loved DIED in 2008 and the evidence of that death is clear as day. With layering and the disaster of classic wow. Lmfao really bro? 1.12 AV??? Where is the imagination in the dev team? Wtf!!!

I’m quitting corporate Activision for good now. Cancelled my recurring sub to classic WoW. I’m going to go play a video game that was developed by ACTUAL developers. Not developers with the terrible incurable disease known as corporate zombie brain.

Borderlands 3, Outer World’s, yep I’m excited for those video games. Like I said in the title!

Fool me once shame on YOU.

Fool me twice shame on ME.

What an IDIOT I was to believe.

I think you’re overreacting.

Layering will be gone soon.

It’s not ideal, but is a small price to pay.

Everything is apparently so grandiose with Classic.

It’s not ideal? Way to undersell the fantastical disaster of layering!!

Layering RUINED the entirety of the game. Permanently!

#Nochanges because the OG dev team knew they created a masterpiece.

But nope. The new dev team just has to make their mark on everything they touch. With their brilliant layering plan.

Unbelievable.

If there are 5x the players on a server, and 5 layers there are exactly as many resources per player as there were in vanilla WoW, economy ruined!

I for one am VERY upset that classic servers don’t have the exact same economy as private servers that had 5x the players of a vanilla realm with only one layer.

I’m still having a blast, so this is objectively incorrect.

I’m not sure you understand layering or the economy but I hope you enjoy Borderlands 3.

lol your far to funny i needed this ty. as someone that plays the great game layering will be just a blip on the market supply< demand to make any real profit and if supply > demand that the prices tank. now someone could try to drip feed the system but in trying to do this they will be undercut. yes they will eventually turn a profit but they will invest wasteful amounts of time and money ( if they are undercut and their drip stack doesn’t sell)

You might want to rethink that if you do not like to be fooled.
Have a look at metacritic.

I agree with you but go easy on yourself.
Sounds like you are about to pass out or have a stroke.

What happened in 2008?

Activision purchased Blizzard entertainment.

Oh!!!

And?

Active Lizard has officially fooled me 6 times.

  2. Diablo 3
  3. MoP
  4. WoD
  5. BfA

I’m not a fan of layering but you really went overboard with it. Not sure if serious or troll post. Leaning towards later.

Still not sure how this will be achieved. There are going to be more players in Phase 2 than Phase 1. How are they going to remove layering exactly? They implemented this on the basis that the game would die down or not many would play it. However they were massively wrong. How are we going to remove layering on servers that have 20k populations?

More people are coming to Classic everyday not less. We will have way more players next year than this one. So how is this achievable? They would need to enforce server transfers and open up a lot of new servers.

Don’t see layering being removed

Blizzard “INTENDS” to remove layering. Key word intend. However that intention is based on a tremendous miscalculation on their part. So it isn’t possible.
