Okay, but why the xp reduction? There’s no point. The whole point is to not have to pug, which is what we want, so (genuinely) why the xp reduction? It doesn’t make any sense

Bliz has incorporated “similar” " activities/etal" from many “influences” perhaps. Keeps them relevant and builds on numerous things players like. If my neighbor gets a really neat all in one power tool - I want one to.

Because people can’t AFK for a free ride in the new mode? I don’t think so. People who’d prefer to play dungeons solo now have that option, albeit at heavily reduced experience both because the bots are slow to clear the content and the exp penalty.

I’m just thinking that maybe people weren’t interested in this new mode of content and simply wanted free boosts. It’s good that the people who truly wanted it actually have access, though.
Can you please describe the reasoning behind any xp reduction to begin with? We already lost the LFG xp at the end, so that’s already a “punishment” for using this feature. Please explain because it makes no sense to me.

Human dungeons also give everyone a 15% hps and dps and health buff if they queue into at least 3 randos.

A little exp penalty shouldn’t ruin the time of anybody who really wanted this.
I know that people who care about the content aren’t heavily concerned with a minor rewards penalty.

I mean, it’s fine to be unhappy that it’s not a free afk level boost, but that’s not what it was intended to be. Curious to see if they expand the tech to any other modes or if it’ll only be normal dungeons.
