Hmm. How is it not being respected? If anything forum sentiment was that rushing was bad, and that they wanted to see the content at their own pace and stuff. Now people can do that.

I agree - makes no sense. I am doubtful you can do them faster than you can through the queue system.

Even after this hotfix the xp is massively lower than doing a random dungeon. You miss a massive amount of xp from the random dungeon bonus, then you get less xp for it being a follower dungeon even after this buff, then on top of that, the followers aren’t super geared so you’ll naturally be going at a slower pace anyway.

I have not tried it yet but I think its a great idea!
Hope they tune the xp a bit for alts but overall great addition and likely first step in things to come!

I despise raiding and rarely do dungeons at all because everyone wants to do speed runs. I could care less about doing any of them fast. Was looking forward to trying this at my pace but of course they have to give you a exp reduction if you don’t do player groups.

I just tried one and wasn’t a fan. Very, very slow. Almost no xp … I got really bored halfway through and left.

You need to learn to respect your own time and not waste it all on video games if you have responsibilities to attend to. This is one of the most asinine arguments gamers have come up with in the last few years. Take some personal accountability.

I think a good middle ground could be to buff substantially dungeon quest xp to help offset lowered xp from follower dungeons. You know so when you level and get your quest on an alt you get a nice chunk of experience, get your quests done, then continue questing through a zone.
These are 1 time quests anyway.

ikr i am loving it. i am cursing. hate speeching. and belittling the npcs and they are not kicking me or reporting me.
jk i am nice and probably will never step foot in a follower dungeon unless there is some achievement attached to it or w/e.
