I was doing the airship dungeon in hallowfall, got though the first two bosses, the third boss the big dragon thing on the ship is when things went wrong. I got there and the followers would not attack they just wondered around sometimes following sometimes doing nothing. Is there a flag i have to hit to start the fight.
There shouldn’t be. Once you engage, they should engage. I’m assuming you were the group lead anyway. If you have the followers lead, they should have started the attack but I’m not 100% on boss fights if they will initiate.
I haven’t personally had an issue with followers on there but it’s been a bit since I did it. You can die and try again to see if they start behaving and if not, I’d move this topic over to the Bug report.

I died several times and came back on the ship. I attacked both as lead and when I let them lead. I zoned out back in and the same thing. Then quit the dungeon and did another it went fine. Then back to the airship one worked fine till the last boss and the same thing they did nothing, that is why I wondered if there is a flag I missed before the last boss.

Nope. Sounds like some sort of new bug, especially if leaving/dying didn’t correct the issue.
Edit: I’ll try that dungeon out later to see if I have the same bug.
Alright I can confirm that this dungeon is really very bugged. The ship part barely functioned, it wasn’t even there at the start to board. Walked off the pier then got summoned to ship. I think the game hadn’t synced up the actual ship location with where it appeared. It was offset on the minimap and I could only walk across half of it at the start.
Somehow managed to get to last boss. Other characters just stood there though healer did throw out the occasional heal. Otherwise nothing until the acid barrels appeared. They raced to grab those but then would not toss them.
I (barely) managed to beat the first section of the boss. After he fled, everyone did follow. Once he landed the npcs behaved as normal and did their jobs.
So yeah, move this thread on over to the Bug Report forum and then devs can take a look. Can also submit a report in game. Bug reports aren’t taken from this specific Customer Support forum.
