Flying through rings teleports me to Valdraken?

I’ve tried to do the world quest “Swoop and grab” twice now.

You have to fly through a ring while dragon riding and in the middle of the ring are supplies, the quest requires you to fly through 7 rings to get 7 supplies.

when i fly through a ring I get teleported to Valdrakken???

I thought that was just me. I did it once, got teleported, and was like I don’t have time for this satan.

i did it two - three times or so without incident. i cant tell you why it worked for me, i didn’t do anything special.

Goofiest bug I’ve dealt with. Thankfully when I go back, the quest works. No idea why this happens lol

Yeah, happened to me the other day. I wasn’t flying very fast and I did a sudden flap upwards into a ring. Maybe it messed with the system - who knows.

Thankfully it hasn’t happened since!

Could be worse. I got teleported to the middle of the ocean instead of Valdrakken. Gotta love dying to fatigue way off in BFE and having to eat the spirit rez.

Sounds like a glitch I encountered often in Maldraxxus: land at arena fp from Oribos, mount up and fly northeast, see a sprouting growth node, land, then upon dismount get the Theater of Pain loading screen and wind up in that dungeon
