Have tried to do this daily twice.
Every time I ride through the first ring of the quest it teleports me to Oribos. I mean there are bugs and then there is this absolute used bandaid of a bug.
Same issue today, zone into the World Quest area for Swoop and Grab, do not land, touch a ring, get teleported to The Lucky Traveller, the Inn where my hearthstone is set.
Two days now. Same issue as you both: Go through the first ring (any ring) and get auto transported to my hearthstone location. Blizzard pls help?
Ok I think I figured out the bug:
If you go full bore flying into the World Quest and there isn’t a chance for Toddy to finish her spiel, then it bugs out and transports you. BUT, if you land nearby and THEN start flying, the quest can be completed as normal.

Would like to say that this worked.
Same issue for me. Teleported to hearth location
This worked me too! Starting the WQ at full speed ported me to my hearth location. Slowly flying in did not port me.
Just got this again this morning. It’s a bit frustrating tbh to build up speed, fly in, then have an unexpected bug force me to do the flight from Valdrakken again and again.
I have the same problem. I got teleported to my hearthstone location after flying through the first ring with a high speed flying.
This has happened on 3 separate occasions for me,… once again this morning…
Still happening on the 10th, but I have done it twice successfully before. Same issue when the bug happens, touch first ring and get insta-hearthed.
Still happening on 12/11. Just as everyone says. You touch the first ring and it teleports you back to your homepoint Inn. Like what in the world kind of bug is this?
Still bugged nearly 2 months later. What is the cause of this?
I am having the same problem again today. If you can’t fix it, take i tout of the rotation.
