Read this from a different thread. If that’s true, then my fears are almost assured to be true. The last two characters I’ve leveled, (One remix, one prepatch, and I’ve started another in the prepatch) I’ve found myself spending loads of time swapping. There are a quite a few places in legion that I have had to swap from Dynamic to Static because the area is difficult to traverse in, such as Azuna and Suramar. Likewise, constantly running out of vigor going between quest locations in High mountain and Valsharah, forcing me to swap back to static rather than sit still and wait for the vigor to recharge.
This will only be exasperated with the zones being difficult to traverse on foot
