I was in the game going to do the World Boss. Flew out to Bastion and when I landed I could not dismount so I hit the red arrow that lets you dismount and she started floating in air. She is still floating in air. Her name is Ratrace and she is on Medivh server. Please help her. She likes flying but not like that. Thank you very much.
Character Stuck - Disconnected When Logging In - Blizzard Support (battle.net) use that to move her, Ratrace.
This can happen right after maintenance, not all parts of the world ‘wake up’ at the same time. You may have to force quit the game.

Bear in mind that, on a flight path, the red arrow doesn’t dismount you – it merely requests that you stop where the next flight point (that you’ve discovered) is.
That said, I’ve had the same thing happen to me a few times, usually immediately after maintenance.
