Anytime, I can fly into the caverns but when going from the ZC FM to anywhere else he does not give me any flight points. Anyone else noticed this?

I also reported this via the in-game bug system. It was fixed in a hot patch mid-last week and the fix got clobbered with the new build on Tue. I checked again yesterday (23-Dec) and it had been re-corrected.

Noticed this also.
The issue is a lack of a quality assurance system that would verify hotfixes to current content were also implemented in the working code that will be the next patch. Things like this happen a lot.
